The AI Voicemail Drop feature is part of the DealMachine AI-Powered Dialer which was released on July 1. To ensure that you will have a smooth experience and prevent your calls from being marked as spam, we have implemented changes to the AI-generated Voicemail effectively immediately.
📌Opt-Out Message for AI Voicemail Drops
We have added an opt-out message for AI Voicemail Drops: "If you no longer want to receive calls from me, just text or call me to stop and I will remove you from my list". This is automatically added to every AI Voicemail Drop.
Can I remove this message from my AI Voicemail?
The opt-out message is automatically added to the end of every AI Voicemail Drop and cannot be removed.
📌Better AI Voicemail Voice Clone
We've listened to your feedback and improved the AI Voice Clone for a better experience! While we still suggest uploading or recording at least 3-5 voice samples, the AI Voicemail Drops now sound even more genuine and lifelike.
You do not have to do anything, your AI Voice Clone had been improved in the background for you!
📌Removed Option to do AI Voicemail Drops for Numbers in the DNC List.
To ensure that your calls are not going to be flagged as spam, we are limiting the use of the AI-generated voicemails. This feature will no longer be available when making phone calls to numbers on the Do Not Call list. However, you may still use it when making phone calls to numbers that are not on the Do Not Call list.
This change aligns with our commitment to provide solutions that solve problems for customers like you.
How will I know what number I am calling from?
When the call gets routed to voicemail, the phone number you are calling from will be displayed in the dialer window the entire time so you can include it in your message. It looks like this:
Can I still use AI-generated voicemails?
You will still be able to do AI Voicemail Drops to phone numbers that are not on the DNC list. For numbers on the DNC list, you must use your own voice to leave voicemail messages.
Can I filter out numbers on the DNC list?

📌Calling Number Automatically Set as Callback Number
For every call you make using the DealMachine dialer, a phone number is assigned to you based on the area code of the number you are calling. When you leave an AI-generated voicemail, the callback number will always be the same as the one you’re calling from.
What happens when the lead calls me back?
All calls will be forwarded to your callback number which you can update by navigating to Account & Settings > Application Settings > Dialer Settings > Callback.
📌Always Include Caller's Name on AI Voicemails
To ensure that you continue making meaningful conversation using the DealMachine dialer, we have programmed the system to always include your name when leaving AI-generated voicemails.
