Yes, the AI-Powered Dialer will soon be accessible in the mobile app, offering seamless functionality on the go. This will be available in a future update.
Can I buy the AI voicemail License and just do a drop without having to call leads?
No, the AI Voicemail License works differently from a Ringless Voicemail. You will have to call leads and wait until you are prompted to leave a voicemail before you can drop an AI voicemail.

I have the free trial and it won't let me upgrade, what do I do?

Is the Dialer included in the plan, or is it an additional cost?
All existing customers should now have access to DealMachine’s latest AI-powered dialer feature. Calls and voicemail drops will cost marketing credits based on the plan you are currently in. Please check our pricing page for more details.
How much will it cost to renew next year?
The renewal cost will depend on the current regular pricing of your subscription plan at the time of renewal. The discounted price you are currently receiving will not apply to the renewal.
How long do I have for the special promotion?

Can you add additional call tracking numbers?
The Starter plan includes 1 call tracking number, while the Pro plan includes 3 call tracking numbers, and the Teams plan includes 15. You can add more call tracking numbers for $5 per month.
Does DealMachine guarantee that scrubbed numbers are NOT on the DNC list?
We meticulously scrub data from the Federal DNC list and ensure that contact data are updated once monthly.
"Scrub DNC" Dialer Setting Enabled by Default
For new accounts, the "Scrub DNC" feature is now automatically turned on in the dialer settings. This helps prevent calls to numbers on the Do Not Call list right from the start, minimizing the risk of complaints about users' calling behavior.
Call Limits Per Phone Number
To reduce the risk of complaints about excessive calls, we’ve set a daily limit on how often a team can call a single phone number.
If there’s "no answer", a "voicemail", or the person is "not interested", a team can call the same number up to 2 times per day.
For "warm leads", "hot leads", or when an "appointment is set", the limit is 3 calls per day to the same number.
If you get a response, the call limit resets for that day.
You cannot call the same person twice within five minutes, unless they call you first.
How much do I have to pay on top of my current subscription to get unlimited calls and unlimited AI voicemail drops?
To enjoy unlimited calls, you'll need a Dialer License, regularly priced at $99 per month or $990 per year. For unlimited AI voicemail drops, an AI Voicemail License is also required, also $99 per month or $990 per year at the regular pricing. But for a limited time, you can take advantage of our special offer and get both licenses together for just $990 a year.
Does the Dialer work nationwide?
Yes, DealMachine’s Dialer and its services are available nationwide across the United States.
Can I port my existing numbers?
No, there is no need to port your existing numbers. DealMachine manages and cleans a pool of phone numbers for you so that when you call, your phone number is local and free from being flagged as spam. You can click on a phone number and start calling, there is no setup needed.
Does it do bulk dialing or only single line?
DealMachine uses single-line dialing, avoiding the spam call issues often associated with multi-line dialers. The dialer allows you to select multiple leads or an entire list of leads and place them into a call queue. The system will then dial each contact individually as you progress through the list.
Can you send an SMS through the Dialer?
No, DealMachine currently does not allow you to send text messages through the platform. However, if anyone sends a text to any of your calling numbers, you can view them in the Incoming Activity section in the Dialer tab.
Does the annual price include the list of phone numbers?
All DealMachine customers have access to unlimited contact data including phone numbers. This means that whenever you add a lead, phone numbers are automatically included without the need for skip tracing.
Who can use the dialer on my account?
By default, all team owners have access to the dialer. Team members with partner or admin roles can also be granted dialer access via the Teams tab under Account and Settings.
