Location-based searches ensure comprehensive and precise results by adhering to specific principles. Here's an overview to help you leverage the DealMachine platform more effectively.
Go to Map.
Selecting a county includes all property records within its geographical boundaries, including areas both inside and outside city limits. This ensures a thorough search across the county.
Type in the city, zip code, or county in the search bar. As you do, the system will make suggestions based on what you are typing.
Click on the correct location as suggested by the system or simply press Enter on your keyboard.
It should be added at the bottom of the map, like this:
Continue adding more locations by typing in your next city, zip code, or county in the search bar and clicking the suggestion made by the system or pressing Enter on your keyboard.
As you work on adding more locations to your search, they should all be listed at the bottom, like this:
You can add up to 5 different combinations of cities, zip codes, and counties.
