Where can I find the Property Owner's Portfolio?

Find out how many properties the owner owns, their total mortgage balance, total equity, and portfolio value.

Learn more about the property owner by viewing their real estate portfolio.

This includes details such as the total number of properties owned, total mortgage balance, total equity, and overall portfolio value.

If the property owner owns multiple properties, consider him as a potentially valuable addition to your list of cash buyers. Understanding their portfolio can be key to fostering successful real estate connections.

Additionally, financial details such as mortgage balances, equity, and portfolio value provide deeper insights into the owner's holdings.

If you are on the latest DealMachine plan:

Go to Leads.

Hover your mouse over a lead and click View Lead.

Click on the name under Associated Contacts to view more details about the person.

Under Real Estate Portfolio, click View Portfolio.

From here you will see all of the properties that the associated person owns which you can click to see more information about the property itself.

This section also provides financial details such as mortgage balances, equity, and the overall value of the portfolio.

Make sure to view the details for every person under the Associated Contacts section. Just toggle between the dots or click the arrow at the right or left of the bubble.


If you are on an old DealMachine plan:

Associated Contacts is only available in the current DealMachine plans. However, you should still be able to view the real estate portfolio of the property owner.

Go to Leads.

Hover your mouse over a lead and click View Lead.

Click View Owner Portfolio under the property owner's name.

From here you will see all of the properties that the property owner owns which you can click to see more information about the property itself.

The portfolio section also includes financial details like mortgage balances, equity, and the total value of the portfolio.
