Not only do we provide the information regarding the property, but we also provide the information regarding the persons associated with the property.
What are Associated Contacts?
Associated Contacts are individuals linked to the property and may be residents or former residents.
Where can I find this information?
Go to Leads.
Hover your mouse over a lead and click View Lead.
Scroll down and click the owner's name under the Associated Contacts section.
From here you will see the following:
Date of Birth
Age
Gender
Marital status
Language preference
Mailing Address
Previous Address
Phone number(s) per associated person (with activity data/carrier/type)
Email addresses
Education
Occupational Group (education, tech, etc)
Occupation
Net Asset Value
Estimated Household Income
You can then decide to reach out to the associated contact by making a phone call, sending a message, or sending an email.
If there are multiple people associated with the property, click on their names at the bottom to view more details about them.
How accurate is the data?
The data regarding associated contacts are automatically updated regularly. Our data is sourced from reputable channels, ensuring its accuracy.
💡If the Contact Information does not match with any of the Associated Contacts, look at the sale history of the property. It could be from a previous owner and the property was recently sold. The tools tip will show up on the associated people for description as to possibly why as well.
I am not seeing the Associated Contacts in my lead card.
