Smart Lists are your trusty sidekick in DealMachine, always up-to-date and ready to help you find the best properties. Let's break it down.

What's a Smart List?

Every list you build using the DealMachine List Builder is automatically a smart list. No extra steps are needed. Why do we call them "smart"? Because they have a superpower โ€“ they update themselves daily based on the filters you've set.

Stay Updated, Always

You've set filters before building the list in List Builder to find properties with specific criteria. Let's say you're looking for properties that are vacant, DealMachine will scan the list every day to check if they still meet these criteria.

In with the New, Out with the Old

Smart Lists do the job for you, ensuring your information is always up to date. If a property no longer matches your criteria, the system will automatically remove it from your list. On the flip side, if a property suddenly qualifies for your list, it's added without you lifting a finger.

How can I see which properties have been added or removed from the list?

Each list built via the List Builder has a history tab where you will see the automatic changes made to the list. To view that on your desktop:

Go to Leads.

Click Open Lists.

Select the list that you want to view the history for.

Click the three dots beside the name of the list.

Click View List.

Click History.

Select a history log from the list to view the properties that have been added or removed. From there, you can select the leads and perform bulk actions.


On the mobile app:

Step 1: Go to Leads.

Step 2: Tap Lists.

Step 3: Tap Open List Library.

Step 4: Select the list name.

Step 5: Tap View.

Step 6: Tap History.

Step 7: Select a history log from the list to view the properties that have been added or removed. From there, you can select the leads and perform bulk actions.
