Filtering your leads can help you get the data you want to export. There are a lot of filters to choose from - Lead Status, Owner Type, Property Tags, Date Created, and more.
For a more refined list, make sure to filter your leads before exporting.
Filtering helps not only to refine your list but also to ensure you gather contact details like phone numbers and emails, which are crucial for follow-ups and marketing efforts.
After using filters and getting the specific list that you want to export, just click Select All at the top of the leads view.
This step is vital because exporting leads allows you to access their contact information, such as phone numbers, which may not be accessible through DealMachine's API.
Next, click Lead Actions and select Export Leads.
Exporting allows you to compile lead contact details, including phone numbers and emails, ensuring you have all pertinent information for outreach.
Review the email address where you would like to receive the file. Lastly, click Submit Export.
The exported file will include all available contact information for your leads, giving you the data needed for effective follow-ups.
