Don't count out Corporate-Owned properties. Instead of marketing to the LLC to purchase their property, reach out and see if they would be interested in purchasing more properties that are similar to the one they own.

Ready to send mail to Corporate-Owned properties? Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Leads.
Step 2: Click All Filters.
Step 3: Look for the Owner Information filter, click Owner Type, and select Corporate Owned.
Step 4: Click Confirm and Apply. It should look like this:
Step 5: Click Select All.
Step 6: Click Start Mail.
Step 7: Select your Buyers Postcard. Set up your repeat mail settings.
Step 8: Click Continue and click Start Mail.
If you have a mail sequence created for your buyers list, use that mail sequence instead of setting up the template on repeat. Mail sequences allow you to send different templates at a time throughout the duration of your campaign. Combining different templates, sizes, and types of mail can help your message stand out.
