How do I change the repeat mail settings for existing deals?

It's crucial to send repeat mail because finding deals is all about timing. You need to be on the seller's mind when they're ready to sell.

You can change the repeat mail for 1 or multiple leads.

To change the mail for a single lead:

Step 1. Click on the lead and click Mail. You will then be given the option to change the template.

Step 2. Choose the same template but adjust the repeat mail settings.

Step 3. Click Start Mail.

To change the mail for MULTIPLE deals:

Step 1. Go to the leads tab.

Step 2. Select deals by clicking the checkbox right next to a lead. In the app, you would need to click on the "Select" button to start selecting leads. (be careful not to select ALL leads unless you mean it)

Step 3. Click Start Mail.

Step 4. Choose the same template but adjust the repeat mail settings.

Step 5. Click Start Mail.

You could either turn repeat mail off or change the number of repeat mail to send as well as the timing.
