Editing the signature and return address on your DealMachine postcards is a straightforward process. You can customize elements such as your return mailing address, phone number (including call tracking options), email address, and even include a signature photo.
Navigate to Mail. (If you are on the mobile app, tap More)
Click Postcards.
Click the three dots below the postcard that you want to edit.
Click Signature to open the editor for your template.
Update your return mailing address, phone number, email address, or add a signature photo.
Click Save Design.
Note: Update your return address for each of your postcards to make sure that the returned mail will go to the correct address. Each template requires individual updates to ensure consistent information across all designs. Similarly, call tracking preferences are managed individually for each postcard template.
Understanding Call Tracking Numbers
DealMachine postcards may display a call tracking number instead of your direct phone number. This feature assigns unique phone numbers to your mail designs to track campaign effectiveness. All calls or texts to this number are forwarded to your personal phone, allowing you to monitor response rates.This feature provides detailed metrics on your campaign performance and ensures your personal number isn't displayed publicly to all recipients.
How to Disable Call Tracking if You Prefer Using Your Own Number
Go to the 'Mail' section and select 'Postcards.'
Choose a postcard template.
Click on the 'Signature' section.
Turn off the 'Track ROI & Transcribe Conversations' option.
Click 'Save Design.'
