Understanding your DealMachine plan options and lead limits is essential to making the most effective use of your account. By knowing the capabilities and limits of each plan, you can ensure that your business needs are met without exceeding usage limits.
Step 2: Access Your Profile
Click the circle icon (your profile picture) located in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select "Plans & Licenses"
The "Plans & Licenses" page provides a comprehensive overview of your current DealMachine plan. Here, you'll find information on your plan tier, lead limits, and export reset dates, helping you monitor your account usage effectively.
Access to this section is role-based. If you can’t see the Plans & Licenses page, you may need permission from your account admin.
Step 4: Review Your Account Limits
In the Plans & Licenses section, you’ll find a breakdown of your current limits, including:Additionally, it’s important to note that managed leads limits are lifetime limits and do not reset monthly. However, export limits are refreshed on a monthly basis, providing you with additional flexibility. Unused exports do not carry over — at the start of each billing cycle your export limit refreshes to your plan's full amount, and any exports you didn't use in the previous cycle are not added on top.

The date is also indicated when your export limit will reset, helping you stay within your usage.

What if I’ve exceeded my export for the month?
If you’ve already reached your export limit this month, you have two options:
Wait for the refresh: Your limit will automatically reset to your plan's full amount at the start of your next billing cycle. (Note: unused exports from the previous cycle do not carry over.)
Upgrade your plan: If you need additional usage sooner, consider upgrading to our Pro or Pro Plus plan tier for expanded export capabilities. For more details, refer to the DealMachine Pricing Page.
Pricing for plan upgrades is prorated, ensuring that you pay only the adjusted amount for the remainder of your current subscription period.
Early renewals are not supported; you’ll need to wait for your current subscription period to end before renewal takes place. or if you are on any of our lower plans, upgrade to the next one.
If you find that your current plan no longer meets your needs, you can upgrade to a higher tier for increased lead capacities and expanded usage. Upgrading mid-cycle is straightforward and offers prorated pricing, guaranteeing fair costs tailored to your remaining subscription period.
