The Managed Leads limit is different for each tier. It is 20,000 leads for Starter, 60,000 for Pro, and 120,000 for Pro Plus. Visit our pricing page to learn more about what's included in each tier.

  • Managed Leads Limit: This determines the maximum number of leads that can be stored in your DealMachine account at one time. This limit is specific to your plan.

  • Exporting Allowance: This refers to the total number of leads you can export (download) from the system each month. This allowance resets at the start of a new month and is also based on your subscription plan.

Exporting allowances reset monthly, while managed leads limits do not. This distinction ensures users can effectively monitor their lead storage and exporting activities.

When your managed leads capacity is full, you will not be able to pull in additional leads until you free up space. Here’s how to resolve the issue:

  1. Delete Leads to Create Space:

    • Locate the leads you wish to delete in your account.

    • Use available filters in the system (e.g., by date, location, or status) to make bulk deletions easier. Filters help streamline the process and save time.

    • Remove the selected leads using the delete function.

  2. Ensure You Stay Within Your Plan Limit:

    • Before pulling new leads, review how many leads are currently managed to avoid exceeding the plan’s storage cap. Staying within your allotted capacity will prevent future interruptions.

  1. Note on Deletion: Deleted leads are permanently removed from your account. You can re-add them as fresh leads but we are unable to reverse the deletion process. Please ensure that you review them carefully before proceeding.
