AI Vision Builder: FAQ

Updated over a month ago

How does it work?

AI Vision Builder analyzes satellite images, street view photos, and DealMachine data for a specified area, assigning each property a score from 10 to 90. If a property's score meets or exceeds your required matching score (which you can adjust in settings), it will be added to a static list.

How can I get access to this feature?

AI Vision Builder is available on all plans. Click this button at the bottom of the map to access it:

How much is the AI Vision Builder?

Each property scanned costs $0.02 Marketing Credits. To ensure uninterrupted service, we recommend purchasing Marketing Credits in advance.

How does the matching score work?

By default, the required matching score is set to 75. The system analyzes each property according to the prompts you have given and how well they fit the criteria. “If a property meets or exceeds the required matching score, it will be added to the list. You can adjust the matching score by clicking the AI Vision Builder Settings.

I built a list but got 0 matches, why is that?

Properties are analyzed and scored on a scale of 10 to 90. Setting the matching higher means only properties that are nearly perfect in matching your criteria or prompt will be included. This may result in fewer properties being returned. To expand your list, try lowering the matching score and rebuilding the list.

Can I use it with other filters?

Yes, the AI Vision Builder can be used in conjunction with other existing map filters for a more refined list.

What is the difference between the Basic Builder and the AI Vision Builder?

The key difference between the Basic Builder and the AI Vision Builder lies in the type of data each one analyzes to compile the property list. The Basic Builder relies on the DealMachine database to filter properties based on the selected filters. In contrast, the AI Vision Builder enhances the process by incorporating visual data, such as street view and satellite images, to refine the property selection.

How can I view the lists I built?

All lists are stored in the Leads tab. Navigate to Leads and click Open Lists. From here, you can search for the list or click Open List Library.

Why is it taking a while to build the list?

Since the system scans multiple layers of visual and text-based data, generating the list may take some time. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the list is ready.

Are the lists built via the AI Vision Builder smart lists?

No. The lists are static so these lists will not update.

How many properties can I add as example properties?

The AI Builder can search properties similar to the example properties that you will select. You can add up to three example properties.

Can I use my own prompts?

Yes, you can create custom prompts detailing the properties that you are looking for.

Can I edit existing prompts?

Absolutely! Once you have selected an existing prompt, you may edit it by clicking on the text box.

Canceling A Vision Builder List

I made a mistake, can I cancel a list while it is building?

If your list is scanning more than 1000 leads, you are able to stop the list from continuing by pressing the 'Cancel' button. Leads that have 'Matched' will still be available in a static list for your review.

When I cancelled my list it showed a certain number of leads had matched, but more are in my list. Why is that?

The numbers of matched vs. not matched properties displayed when your list is cancelled reflects the leads that have completed scanning when you cancelled. It does not include properties that are in the process of being scanned when you cancel. We will complete those scans and add those properties fitting your criteria to the list accordingly.

I cancelled my list, why am I still being billed for my entire list?

We bill immediately when a Vision Builder list is started. If you cancel your list part way through, the unused amount will go into your marketing credit balance. Your Marketing Spend Report will reflect the amount of leads that were scanned when you stopped the build.
