AI Vision Builder takes all visual data in conjunction with DealMachine data and uses those to score properties within a given area. Specifically, it scans through satellite images, street view photos, and the DealMachine database. If the score of a property is above your required matching score, the property will be added to a static list.
How to Build a List Using Custom or Prebuilt Prompts
Navigate to Map and type in the location that you want to search in the search bar. You can also draw a shape on the map to select a more specific area. Once you have the location set, click Try AI Vision Builder at the bottom of the map.
Optional: Enable filters for a more refined list.
Enter your prompt in the text box to the right of the orb, or select a prebuilt prompt below it based on the type of properties you are looking for.
After typing in a prompt, a summary of the billing will be displayed. To build the list, click Build With AI Vision.
Finally, click Confirm Build With AI Vision for $XX.XX?
As the list loads, properties will appear with either a "Not Matched" or "Matched" tag. Across the tag, you'll see a score that reflects the likelihood of it meeting the criteria you entered, based on the system's calculations. Example below:
💡 If you hover your mouse over the question mark beside the score, you will see the reason why they Matched or Not Matched.
Since the system scans multiple levels of visual and text-based data, generating the list may take some time. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the list is ready.
After the list is built, click View List.
How to Build a List Using Similar Properties
You found a good example of a property you are looking for and would like the AI Builder to find more like that. Here's how to do it:
Click the house with the tiny plus icon
to the right of the text box.
Search for the property address you'd like to add, then click on it to set it as an example property. You can add up to three example properties.
Example properties are added as soon as you click them. To remove one, simply click the "X" button next to it in the list of example properties.
Once you are ready to build the list, click Build With AI Vision and Confirm.
Can I use the AI Builder along with filters?
Yes, the AI Vision Builder can be used in conjunction with other existing map filters for a more refined list.
How can I adjust the required matching score?
The required matching score is set to 75 by default. The system evaluates each property based on how well it aligns with the criteria in your prompts. Properties that exceed your required matching score will be included in the list. To adjust this score, click the AI Vision Builder Settings 
.
How does the billing work?
Each property scanned costs $0.02 Marketing Credits. You will see the number of properties it will scan at the top left corner of the AI Builder screen.
