DealMachine Dialer: When are contacts added to my follow-up queue?
Updated over a week ago

When you call someone, DealMachine automatically adds them to the follow-up queue based on the call result.

To access the follow-up queue, navigate to the main menu and select Dialer. You will find the follow-up queue on the right side of the screen.

Although contacts are immediately added to the follow-up queue, they will appear as "Ready to Call" only after X number of days since you called them, following your Follow-Up Settings. Example:

The default number of days are:

Not Interested - 120 days

No Answer / Left Voicemail - 30 days

Warm Lead - 14 days

Hot Lead - 7 days

Otherwise, it will indicate when the contacts are scheduled to be called, like this:

How can I update my settings?
