DealMachine Dialer: What are Call Results?

Call results describe the outcome of your calls. They are separate from the Lead Status. The DealMachine Dialer utilizes Alma, our friendly neighborhood AI assistant, to summarize your calls and assign a "call result", allowing you to easily identify how the call went. There are 10 different call results:

πŸ“Œ No Answer

  • You called a phone number but the property owner did not pick up and you did not leave a voicemail.

  • How does this affect the lead status? The lead status will be switched to "With Marketing".

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? Yes.

πŸ“Œ Left Voicemail

  • You called a phone number but the owner did not pick up and you left a voicemail.

  • How does this affect the lead status? The lead status will be switched to "With Marketing".

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? Yes.

πŸ“Œ Disconnected

  • You attempted to call a contact but the call could not be completed because the number is bad or disconnected.

  • How does this affect the lead status? If you are sending mail and/or there are other phone numbers associated with the lead, the lead status will be changed to "With Marketing". If you are not sending mail and there are no other phone numbers left associated with the lead, the lead status will be switched to "Marketing Compete".

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? No.

  • You made a call and the person who answered was not the contact that the number was associated with.

  • How does this affect the lead status? If you are sending mail and/or there are other phone numbers associated with the lead, the lead status will be changed to "With Marketing". If you are not sending mail and there are no other phone numbers left associated with the lead, the lead status will be switched to "Marketing Compete".

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? No.

πŸ“Œ Wrong Contact

  • You made a call and the person who answered was the contact that the number was associated with but that person is not actually associated with the property.

  • How does this affect the lead status? If you are sending mail and/or there are other contacts associated with the lead, the lead status will be switched to "With Marketing". If you are not sending mail and there are no other contacts left associated with the lead, the lead status will be switched to "Marketing Compete".

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? No.

  • You made contact with the right person and they expressed that they are not interested in your service.

  • How does this affect the lead status? You will be prompted to stop mail, if applicable. If you stop the mail, the lead status will move to "Not Interested". If you don't stop the mail, the lead status will remain With Marketing.

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? Yes.

πŸ“Œ Unqualified

  • You made contact with the right person and they expressed that they will never be interested in your service because it is not a good fit.

  • How does this affect the lead status? You will be prompted to stop mail, if applicable. If you stop the mail, the lead status will move to "Unqualified". If you don't stop the mail, the lead status will remain With Marketing.

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? No.

πŸ“Œ Warm Lead

  • You made contact with the right person and they showed some interest in your service.

  • How does this affect the lead status? The lead status will be switched to "Warm Lead".

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? Yes.

πŸ“Œ Hot Lead

  • You made contact with the right person and they expressed high interest in your service.

  • How does this affect the lead status? The lead status will be switched to "Hot Lead".

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? Yes.

πŸ“Œ Appointment Set

  • You made contact with the right person and set an appointment with the property owner.

  • How does this affect the lead status? Mail will automatically be stopped and the lead status will move to "Appointment Set".

  • Will the contact be added to the follow-up queue? No.
