You can find the best real estate deals by overlaying motivation factors on your driving for dollars map.
Setting filters on the map involves 3 steps:
💡If you select 2 or more Quick Filters at the same time, the system will pull properties that qualify either the first filter, the second filter, or the 3rd filter.
If you would like to pull properties that match all the quick filters that you selected, turn on Match All.
Not only do we have 24 quick filters, you can combine 100s of filter combinations yourself by swiping to the left of the filters and tapping the More option.
The end result will bring you back to the map and show you how many properties match the search based on where your map is zoomed in. The highlights are the blue squares.
