You signed up for annual payment and you want to switch it to monthly before your trial converts to a paid membership.

We understand that you would like to switch from annual to monthly billing.

Our Customer Support Team is happy to assist you in making the changes to your subscription. To reach them, click the question mark icon at the top bar and click Open Live Support.

If you have already paid for your monthly or annual subscription, any change made will not take effect until your next billing date.
