DealMachine takes care of updating the status of your sent mail for you. To view the status of your sent mail:

Go to Leads.
Open a lead from your list.

Click Mail inside the lead card.
You should see the steps of your mail sequence along with the date on when the mail was sent out. Click the step to see more details about the status of the mail and the preview of the template that was sent.
