What your team members are allowed to do and view on your account.

As you continue with your Real Estate Investing journey through DealMachine, you will need the help of different types of people.

Each subscription tier allows you to add a certain number of team members to your account. There are two main roles in a DealMachine account, Team Leader and Team Member.

Team Leaders are the account holders who own (and pay for) the account. They manage their team's activity and can use all included plan features. When building out a team, Team Leaders are responsible for inviting new team members and setting their permissions.

Team Members can be given different types of account access depending on what you need them to do.

The ability to add leads is universal, meaning every member of your team can add leads from the Map. The table below shows what each permissions toggle does when it is turned to ON. These accesses are fully customizable and can be adjusted. If you are a Team Leader, simply navigate to your Account Settings (accessible by clicking your picture at the top right corner or your initials if you don't have a picture yet) and find the Team option.

Can see dashboard?

Can view the team's dashboard & its reporting metrics as well as the team's notifications.

Can build Lists?

Granting access to list building gives a user the ability to build lists on the map. This includes smart lists built from filters and lists built using the AI Vision Builder.

Can see other team member's properties?

The ability to see other properties which have been added to the account in the Leads menu.

Can use Dialer?*

Can make phone calls using DealMachine's integrated dialer, view Dialer reporting metrics, adjust Dialer settings and set DNC scrub settings.

Can start mail?*

Can start, pause and end mail. Is granted access to certain Mail center features (view the mail calendar and pause/resume the mail queue) and can adjust default mail settings.

Can edit & create mail sequences and mail designs?

Create, edit and delete mail templates, designs, and sequences as well as manage call tracking numbers.

Can export leads?

Can complete exports and using the export to .csv feature and DealMachine's public API.

All exports made by a team member with exporting permissions will count towards the team's monthly export limit.

Can edit & create custom fields and statuses?

Can edit certain application settings for the team such as creating/editing custom fields, statuses, and tags.

Can edit Team information?

Can add/remove and edit team members and their permissions, edit payment methods, view invoices and marketing spend reports, purchase marketing credits and manage auto-reload, can edit basic automations, can add/assign/remove dialer licenses, and can cancel the account.

*Note this could incur additional costs in the form of marketing credit purchases made by the team members to whom you give permissions.

Many DealMachine users employ drivers which drive for dollars. Typically a Team Leader who employs drivers wants to simplify what information is visible. Below is an example of a typical driver's permissions:
