Mail signatures include a headshot, name, return address, phone number, email address, and website
You can customize signatures and create multiple for specific team members or cities.
Step 1. Click Mail.
Step 2. Click Signatures.
Step 3. Click the Create New Signature or the + button to create a new signature.
Step 4. Be sure to save the changes you've made.
NOTE: You can name your account signatures so you could easily identify them in the future.
ALSO NOTE: When you create a mail template, you may assign a signature to that specific mail template.
