How do I change the mail sequence or mail template for a lead?

Change the mail template sent to a deal.

You can change the mail sequence for 1 or multiple leads.

To change the mail for a single lead:

Step 1. Click on the lead and click Mail. You will then be given the option to change the template.

Step 2. Scroll and find the template you want to use.

Step 3. Select a sequence or a single mail template. You will see an option to turn off the repeat mail option.

Step 4. Click Start Mail to save.


To change the mail for MULTIPLE deals:

Step 1. Go to the leads tab.

Step 2. Select deals by clicking the checkbox right next to a lead. In the app, you would need to click on the "Select" button to start selecting leads. (be careful not to select ALL leads unless you mean it)

Step 3. Click Start Mail.

Step 4. Choose the template you want.

Step 5. Select continue and start mail.
