You can change the mail sequence for 1 or multiple leads.

To change the mail for a single lead:

Step 1. Click on the lead.

Step 2. Scroll down to the heading called "Outreach Sequence" and click Options.

Step 3. Select a sequence or a single mail template. Click Save.


To change the mail for MULTIPLE deals:

Step 1. Go to the leads tab.

Step 2. Select deals by clicking the checkbox right next to a lead. In the app, you would need to click on the "Select" button to start selecting leads. (be careful not to select ALL leads unless you mean it)

Step 3. Click Edit Selected(in the app) or More (in the website).

Step 4. Click Mailing Options

Step 5. Select a Mail Sequence or Mail Template.

Step 6. Click Save Mailing Options. (scroll down if you don't see it)
