I have been trying to add a team member but she isn’t getting the email?

I was invited to a team but I didn't get the invitation.

So, you invited a team member but they didn't get an email... Sometimes it gets caught in spam, but not to worry! Your team member doesn't need any special email.

Just tell them to follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://app.dealmachine.com/sign-up.
    ​

  2. Sign up for an account using the Same Exact Email Originally Invited.

    (Don't worry, it's not going to charge them or start a trial, that's just the button they have to click to enter an email address).
    ​

  3. Follow the prompts.
    ​

That's it! 😊

They will now have access to their account as part of your team.
