We've made it easy to export your leads. Here's what you need to do:
Desktop
Go to the Leads tab.
Select the leads you want to export.
Click Lead Actions.
Click Export Leads.
Choose between Properties or Contacts.
Type in the email address where you would like to receive the file and click Submit Export.
Mobile
Tap Leads at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Select.
Select the leads you want to export.
Tap the Lead Actions button.
Scroll down and tap Export Leads.
Choose between Properties or Contacts.
Confirm the email address where you would like to receive the file and click Submit Export.
We would then send you an email with a link to download the CSV file of your exported leads.
What's the difference between Properties and Contacts export?
Properties Export: Downloads all lead property details, including property tags, lead status, added date, lead source, property mortgage and sale history, and others. It also includes the property owner's contact info. You can choose specific data points, scrub phone numbers (DNC, landline, wireless), and exclude leads without phone numbers.
When exporting via Properties, you will have the following options:
Scrub DNC
Scrub Landline
Scrub Wireless
Option to include leads without phone numbers
Option to select data points (columns) to export
Contacts Export: Downloads contact details of contacts associated with the property, such as names, phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses, and demographics. You can filter by owner type (e.g., likely owners, family members, renters) and remove duplicate contacts. Phone number scrubbing and data point selection are also available.
When exporting via Contacts, you will have the following options:
Select owner type (Likely Property Owners, Potential Property Owners, Family Members, Contacts Likely Renting)
Scrub DNC
Scrub Landline
Scrub Wireless
Deduplicate Contacts
Option to include contacts without phone numbers
Option to select data points (columns) to export

Do I need to wait for the email?
No. After exporting your leads, click the Notifications🔔 icon on the top right corner of your screen beside your picture (or initials if you don't have a picture yet). Under ALL or ACTIVITY, you should see an activity log for the export that you just did with an option to download the file.
Note: On the mobile app, tap More to access Notifications.
I do not have an export option.
You need to be a team leader or have export permissions turned on to be able to export leads.
The option to Export has a lock in it.
If you see a lock beside the export button, that means you are probably in the free trial. The export functionality is only available for paid accounts. If you are not ready to pay for a subscription yet but would like to see what the export file looks like, check out the links below:

Why am I seeing an upgrade option and error messages when exporting leads?
Your export limit depends on your current subscription plan. If you reach this limit, you'll see an upgrade prompt or an error message when trying to export more leads.
To avoid this:
Check your export limit in your plan details.
Export only up to your monthly allowance to prevent errors.
If you need to export more leads, consider upgrading your plan.
