How to update your credit card on file through the website?
Click your picture on the upper right corner of your screen. If you have not uploaded a picture yet, you should see your initials instead.
Click Billing.
Click Payment Methods.
Under Payment Method, click "+ Add Payment Method".
Enter your credit card information.
Click Add.
Tip: You can also update your billing info without adding a new card. After Step 3, click Update Information under Billing Information.
How to update your credit card on file through the app? (Only works on Android devices)
Tap your picture on the upper right corner of your screen. If you have not uploaded a picture yet, you should see your initials instead.
Tap Billing.
Tap Payment Methods.
Tap "+ Add Payment Method"
Enter your credit card information.
Tap Add.
Tip: You can also update your billing info without adding a new card. After Step 3, click Update Information under Billing Information.
How to update your credit card when reactivating an account?
If your account is currently canceled, the above steps won't work. Please reach out to our support team through email or chat so we can help you further.
If you are working with our AI Assistant, please request to be transferred to a live person so we could take care of you.
How to Remove a Credit Card on File
Tap your picture on the upper right corner of your screen. If you have not uploaded a picture yet, you should see your initials instead.
Tap Billing.
Tap Payment Methods.
Tap the pencil icon next to the card you want to remove.
Tap Remove.
Important Notes
You can only remove a card if you have more than one payment method saved.
If you only have one card on file, you won’t be able to remove it directly.
In that case, please contact support via chat or email and request to be connected to a live representative for assistance.
