When writing a note for a lead, you can @mention any team member to notify them about your note.

Your @username is automatically the combination of your first name and last name. If you wish to change your first and last names in your DealMachine account, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your DealMachine mobile app or log in with your computer at https://dealmachine.com.

  2. Click your picture at the top right corner. If you don't have a picture yet, you should see your initials instead.

  3. Click Edit Profile.

  4. Click Edit Basic Information.
    ​
    ​

  5. Make the necessary changes to your first and last name.

    ​

  6. Click Save Profile.
    ​
    ​
