It's important to keep notes in each of your leads to remind you and your team members about the important details of the properties in your account.

To view and add notes, open a lead in the Leads tab.

Click Activity.
You may add new notes and attachments to your leads by clicking the Add button.
Click Add Note.
Type in your notes. You may also mention/tag your team member by clicking the "@" button at the bottom and clicking their name.
You may also attach files by clicking the Attach button and selecting a file from your computer or mobile.
Lastly, click Post Note.
