DealMachine can tell you detailed information about a property, such as square footage, lot size, year built, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
The property details are available to be viewed even if you have not added the property to your DealMachine account yet. Just go to the Map and click on a property (dot).
To view the property information, click the arrow on the right of the property address.
You should see an expanded window with all of the information that we can find about the property, including MLS information, if there is any.
After reviewing the information, you may add the lead by clicking the Add Lead button at the top of the lead card.
All of the properties that you have ever added are stored in the Leads tab.
