DealMachine can tell you when a property was last sold. That's useful because if a property was recently sold, the owner probably doesn't need to sell and you may not want to spend time or effort reaching out to the property owner.

Simply click on a property dot in the DealMachine map and open the lead card to view more information about the property.

If the property has already been added to your account before, just go to Leads and open the lead to view the property information.

Note: if you don't see any sale information for a property, we were not able to gather any info for this particular lead. Try adding another property! 😉
