So you added a property and saw the message "Unmatched Lead" and you're frustrated to no end.
Why did this happen? What does this actually mean?
This means that the lead was not matched with a property in our database. We get owner information from the county property records. We may have had trouble importing this one. We're looking into it.
You can try to match the lead with a property in our database. Click Match Property and enter the property address. Then click Search Property.
What this does is search our database for suggested properties to match with your lead.
Alternatively, you may try adding another property or if you have an older DealMachine plan, you should have the option to manually add the property owner's information.
Just click the three dots beside the "@" button inside the lead card, and click Edit Owner Name.
Enter the owner's name and click Save Owner Name.
