To permanently delete a lead from your list, you can use one of the following methods:
Method 1:
Go to Leads.
Look for the lead that you want to delete and click View Lead.
Click the lead status (Pending Approval, With Marketing, Marketing Complete, etc.) and select In Trash.
Click the trash icon.
That's it! 😉
Method 2:
Navigate to the Leads Tab.
Click on Open Lists to locate your lead list.
Identify the list containing the lead you wish to delete.
Find the specific lead within this list.
Place a checkmark next to the lead.
Click on Lead Actions and select Permanently delete to remove the lead.
Instead of permanently deleting leads, we recommend putting them in the In Trash status instead so that when you come across the same property again in the future, you will know the history of that lead and prevent re-adding the same property again. When considering bulk lead deletion, evaluate whether old leads still require follow-up or hold future potential. If you decide to start fresh, ensure you have a clear plan for managing new incoming leads efficiently.
