To permanently delete a lead from your list:

  1. Go to Leads.

  2. Look for the lead that you want to delete and click View Lead.
    ​
    ​

  3. Click the lead status (Pending Approval, With Marketing, Marketing Complete, etc.) and select In Trash.
    ​
    ​

  4. Click the trash icon.

That's it! 😉

Instead of permanently deleting leads, we recommend putting them in the In Trash status instead so that when you come across the same property again in the future, you will know the history of that lead and prevent re-adding the same property again.
