There are 2 options when it comes to pausing mail:
Pausing the mail sequence/repeat mail for all leads that have mail going on - this option lets you pause the mail for any leads that you are currently sending mail to. When you decide to resume mailing again in the future, be sure to assign the leads to the same mail sequence they were on so they will continue the step where they left off. For this option, you are still able to start new mail for any leads.
Pausing the Mail Queue - this option lets you pause the mail for the whole account. It will freeze the mail for any leads that you are currently mailing to. To resume, you will only have to resume the Mail Queue and the mail will continue sending. While the mail queue is paused, you will not be able to send new mail for any leads.
Pausing the mail sequence/repeat mail for all leads that have mail going on
Open your DealMachine mobile app or log on with your computer to Dealmachine.com.
Go to Leads.
Click All Filters.
Click Mail Information and select Mail Status.
Under "is equal to any of", select "Mail in Progress".
Click Confirm and Apply.
After applying the filter, in the Leads tab, click Select All.
Click Lead Actions.
Click Pause Mail.
Confirm your action by clicking Pause Mail.
