How do I change my password?

Update your password to something a little bit more personal.

Change your password by following the easy steps below. 😊 If you're encountering issues with your password or logging into your DealMachine account, we're here to help!

Via Web Browser:

  1. Click your profile photo or initials in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings.

  3. Select Edit Profile.

  4. Click on Change Password.

Via the Android App:

  1. Tap the gear icon in the lower-right corner of the app.

  2. Go to Account Settings.

  3. Select Edit Profile.

  4. Tap Change Password.

Password Requirements:

Ensure your new password meets these criteria:

  • At least 5 characters long

  • Includes an uppercase letter

  • Includes a lowercase letter

  • Contains a number

  • Includes at least one special character
