How to change the phone number and email address printed on your mail?

Make sure you never miss the chance, include your email and phone number in your postcards.

Your account signature holds your personal information that is being printed on the postcards.

  1. Log in to your DealMachine account.
    ​

  2. Click Mail. (If you are on the mobile app, tap More)
    ​

  3. Click Postcards.
    ​

  4. Click the three dots below the postcard that you want to edit.
    ​
    ​


    ​

  5. Click Edit Design.
    ​

  6. Click Signature.
    ​

  7. Make the necessary changes to your phone number and email address.
    ​

  8. Click Save Design.

Editing the signature of a template will not affect the signature of the other templates. Make sure to update the other templates as well.
