Use this to move your existing (legacy) DealMachine account over to new DealMachine. We've already created your new account — including your team, plan, and usage balance — so you don't need to sign up again or re-enter your plan. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
At a glance: sign in with your email, set up how you'll log in, run the one-time import to bring your data over, and start using DealMachine.
Step 1: Sign in for the first time
Your new DealMachine account (with your team and current plan) is already set up. Go to https://dealmachine.com/sign-in, enter your email address, and click Continue.
Your old DealMachine password won't work in the new version — this is expected, for security reasons. To get in the first time, either:
Click Forgot Password to create a new password, or
Click Use another method to sign in with an email link or a one-time code.
Step 2: Choose how you'll sign in going forward
Once you're in, set your preferred sign-in method. You can:
Create a password
Connect your Google account
Connect your Apple account
Next time, you'll use whichever method you set up.
Step 3: Run the one-time import
This is the step to pay attention to. The first time a team admin signs in to new DealMachine, you'll be offered a one-time import that brings your team's data over from the legacy platform.
When you run the import, your lists keep their names, and you'll see a summary confirming what will be imported. The import runs only once and won't create duplicates.
Important: Run the import when you're first prompted. If you skip it, you will not automatically get another chance to bring that data over — so you'll be asked to confirm before skipping. If you did skip and need help getting your data across, reach out to support and we'll help.
What transfers
The one-time import brings these over from legacy DealMachine into new DealMachine:
Lists — with their original names.
Driving routes.
Leads — the leads you've saved.
Trashed leads — preserved, so nothing is lost.
Your organization, team members, plan, billing history, and usage balance are already set up on your new account before you sign in — you don't need to do anything to move those.
A note on custom fields, tags, notes, and lead photos
Some legacy features — like custom fields, tags, notes, and lead photos — work differently in new DealMachine, and how each one moves across during migration can vary. If you rely on any of these and want to confirm what will (or won't) come across for your account before you migrate, please reach out to our support team through the chat bubble on dealmachine.com — we'll take a look and give you a direct answer.
Check that everything came over
Once you're in, take a moment to confirm you see: your organization and team members, your current plan, your billing and invoice history, your usage balance, and your imported lists, routes, and leads. Your usage limit and remaining balance are set to match what you had in the legacy platform, so you're not starting over or losing anything.
Using both versions during the transition
While you get comfortable, you're welcome to keep using the legacy platform too. Your usage balance stays in sync between the two versions in near real-time, so you always see one accurate balance and are never double-charged for the same action.
Note: you can only be actively signed in to one version at a time — opening one will sign you out of the other.
On the mobile app
On mobile, you'll first land on the Map after signing in. To reach the Transfer Your Data page, tap Account — it won't open automatically.
A note on timing
It may take a few hours for your lists, routes, and leads to fully appear in new DealMachine. If you don't see everything right away, give it a little time and check back.
