This page is for removing personal information from DealMachine's property data platform (for example, if you received mail from a DealMachine user and want your contact info removed).

If you are a DealMachine customer and want to deactivate or delete your account, cancel your subscription, or change the phone number or email on your login (for example, to create a new account or join another team), please do not use the removal form — it is separate from your account and can take up to 45 days. Instead, chat with our support team right from the app and we'll help you directly.

If you would like DealMachine to remove your individual profile from our database, please use the Request Removal link below.

Once processed, your profile will no longer be available in our products. We may retain limited information as needed to process and honor your request, comply with legal obligations, maintain a record of your request, and help prevent your information from being re-added.

If applicable in your jurisdiction, requesting removal of your profile will also serve as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of the personal data contained in that profile.

Our privacy team works to process requests as quickly as possible. If your request cannot be completed through our automated Trust Center workflow, our team will review it and assist directly.

If you are a “covered person” as defined by the New Jersey statute known as “Daniel’s Law”, the Oklahoma Judicial Security and Privacy Act, or other similar state laws applicable to judicial or other state employees, you can request from DealMachine to not disclose your protected information by submitting an email to privacy@dealmachine.com where it will be routed to our team for expedited processing.
