How to Cancel Your DealMachine Subscription

You started a free trial and you do not want to continue as a paid member, or you'd like to cancel your paid membership.

If You Subscribed Through Apple

If you signed up via Apple, cancellation must be completed directly from your Apple ID subscription settings. DealMachine cannot cancel Apple-managed subscriptions on your behalf.

If You Subscribed Directly Through DealMachine

  1. Open the DealMachine website from a computer browser and make sure to complete the onboarding or initial setup steps. (This part is important so you can access the Account & Settings page).

  2. After completing the initial onboarding steps, go to the Account & Settings page by clicking the icon on the upper right corner of the page.

  3. Click Plans & Licenses.

  4. Click Cancel Plan at the bottom.

  5. Make sure to follow the steps to completely cancel your account.

How to Confirm Your Subscription Is Set to Cancel

  • If you subscribed directly through DealMachine, follow these steps to check your subscription status:

    1. Go to Account & Settings

    2. Click Billing

    3. Select Payment Methods

Your subscription status will be displayed clearly:

  • Next Billing Date

    • Your subscription is still active and will renew on this date

  • Cancellation Date

    • Your subscription has been successfully canceled

    • You’ll continue to have access until this date

If You Can’t Log In or Can’t See the Cancel Option

  1. Contact Support: Go to DealMachine’s support.

  2. Ask for a Human: When the AI Assistant responds, request to speak with a live representative.

If you can’t access your DealMachine account, or can't cancel your subscription, contact DealMachine support and when the AI Assistant responds, ask for a live chat representative.

If you are unable to cancel your subscription because you are asked to pay your subscription, that means you have a past-due balance. Please ask for a live chat representative when contacting DealMachine support.

Important Notes

  • The cancel option may not appear if onboarding is incomplete.

  • If a payment has failed, cancellation must be handled by a live representative.

What Happens If You Don’t Cancel Your Subscription or Trial?

  1. DealMachine subscriptions renew automatically unless they’re canceled before the renewal date.

  2. Free trials move to a paid plan once the trial period ends, so there’s no interruption in access.

  3. If a subscription remains active, charges may continue even if the account isn’t being actively used.

  4. All payments are handled automatically using the payment method on file; manual payments aren’t availabl
