Optimizing Dialer Queue: Understanding Contact Types in DealMachine

Updated over a week ago

What is the Queue Contact Types setting?

In the Dialer Settings menu, you can choose which types of contacts you want to include in your call queue during a dialer session. Here's a quick breakdown of each contact type:

  • Likely Property Owners
These are contacts we’ve identified as the most likely owners of the property.

  • Potential Property Owners
These are contacts who might own the property. They show up when no contact meets the criteria to be a "likely" owner. This could include contacts with lower or tied ownership scores.

  • Family Members
These are contacts who share the same last name and address as a known property owner. They’ll be included in the queue as potential connections.

  • Contacts Likely Renting
These contacts are flagged as renters based on the data we have.

What Are "Residents" in DealMachine?

You may come across a contact type labeled "Residents" on a contact's card. These individuals live at the property, but we’re unable to confirm if they own it. In the past, they were included under “Likely Property Owners,” but we’ve since updated our system and removed them from that category to improve accuracy.
