How current are the street view and satellite images analyzed by the AI Vision Builder?
The street view and satellite images scanned by AI Vision Builder are sourced directly from Google. The frequency of updates depends on Google's schedule, which can vary by location.
How many lists can I build at a time?
You may build one list at a time.
Why does it take a while to build lists?
Because the system analyzes multiple layers of visual and text data, generating the list may take some time. You will receive an email notification as soon as it's ready.
What's the difference between a Likely Owner and a Potential Owner?
If an individual's address and name match the property's mailing address and the owner listed in county records, they will be tagged as the Likely Owner. When a Likely Owner cannot be identified, the system steps in as a private investigator, scoring contacts based on factors like name and geographic location to help identify potential owners. A contact is tagged as a Potential Owner when there is a tie in the scoring of possible matches.
How do you identify a Potential Owner?
The system evaluates contacts using various criteria, including name and address, to determine a property's potential owner. When there’s a tie in contact scores, multiple contacts may be tagged as Potential Owners; otherwise, the highest-scoring contact is designated as the Likely Owner.
What is the company card?
As a result of LLC Owner Match, properties owned by companies or LLCs will feature a company card. Users can simply click on the company name to view this card, which provides essential information about the company.

The company card displays key information, including other properties owned by the company, along with agents, officers, and representatives associated with it.
What does the message about potentially matched properties in a portfolio mean?
When a contact is tagged as a Potential Owner, the associated property will be added to the Potential Owner’s portfolio. A disclaimer message will appear, indicating that certain properties are potentially linked to this owner.
I already have DealMachine, how do I get the new data?
We've expanded our database, and the great news is that you won’t need to take any action to access the new data. You'll automatically receive access to the new demographic flags (New Mover, Likely to Move, Household Member Type, Empty Nesters), financial behavior (High Spender, First Time Homebuyer, Real Estate Investor), and household composition (Veteran, Likely Member of U.S. Military).
How can I access the new datasets?
We have added three new filters to make it easier to filter out properties using the new data: Empty Nester and Likely to Move. These filters are all accessible via the Quick Filters option in the Map or Leads menu.
