How do I change the mail sequence or mail template for a lead?

Change the mail template sent to a deal.

You created new templates and you want to send them to your leads. You can change the mail sequence for 1 or multiple leads at a time.

To change the mail sequence/template for a single lead:

Step 1. Go to Leads.

Step 2. Click on the lead and click Mail. You will see which template/mail sequence you are currently using for that lead.

Step 3. Click Change.


Step 4. You will have the option to either use a mail sequence or a mail template. Select a mail template or a mail sequence.

What's the difference? Mail Sequences allow you to send different types of mail templates for every step of your campaign while if you use a mail template, it's going to send the same template for the entire duration of your campaign.

If you select a Mail Template, set the frequency and the number of mail that you want to send to the property owner. By default, repeat mail is turned on but if you just want to send a mail once, you may turn it off.

If you select a Mail Sequence, it will start the mail the moment you click on a mail sequence from your list.



To change the mail for MULTIPLE deals:

Step 1. Go to Leads.

Step 2. Select leads by clicking the checkbox right next to the property addresses. In the app, you would need to click on the "Select" button to start selecting leads. (be careful not to click Select All unless you mean it)

Step 3. Click Start Mail.

Step 4. Choose the template or mail sequence that you want to use.

Step 5. If you select a mail template, enter the number of mail you would like to send and the frequency before clicking Continue (If you want to send 1 mail only to each of your leads, turn off Repeat Mail at the bottom). You will see a summary of how much it would cost to send the mail. If you agree to the charges, click Start Mail.

If you select a Mail Sequence instead, it will start the mail the moment you click on a mail sequence from your list.
